The following information applies to orders from our Australia store.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We have stock in multiple locations in AUS, so it depends exactly what you've ordered. Our lifting accessories and books will dispatch and arrive quickly - sometimes next day but they can take 7 working days to arrive depending on which part of the country the order is for. Any t-shirts, hoodies and posters will have a longer dispatch time as they printed on demand, typically 2-4 days, and then delivery time added on top.

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped from the separate locations as they are available (eg: a box of tape and a t-shirt, you could expect the tape to arrive a few days before the t-shirt).

I don't have any tracking for one or more of my items, where are they?

If it has been longer than the expected dispatch time and you have not had an email from us with tracking information then please contact us and we'll be able to get this to you.

My tracking has stopped updating, is returning to sender, or requires more delivery information - what should I do?

Send any information you have to us at support@weightliftinghouse.com and we'll ensure the situation is resolved and you receive your order as soon as possible!
